Its been a while since I last posted on here, but I have been working away on this 3D printed model village as a side project, I guess its been pretty addictive as its taken the best part of a year in my spare time to get my head around FDM printing and how to get the best detail possible. Its been addictive if completely honest, I am still amazed at how I can design something in 3d on my PC, and print it out. and have a physical version sitting on my desk the next day! I remember when I was a teenager seeing a photo of a guy working on an AT-AT model whilst poking through a hatch door in a model of Hoth on the Empire Strikes Back, and thinking hell I want to do that... I didn't get to do that yet, but hopefully this is a move towards working with real models! Here is a bunch of buildings, and Telegraph Poles/Gates I have designed, printed, and painted to sit on a plaster sculpted base I made. Hope you enjoy!
